It can be hard to address a conflict head-on, especially if you’re scared of ruining a relationship. Yet unvoiced feelings can create exactly what you’re trying to avoid: disconnection.

In this course, you’ll learn how to reframe conflict as an opportunity for intimacy, discern what you truly want, and communicate your desires with clarity.

You’ll come away with a newfound appreciation for conflict, plus scripts and tools you can rely on when you feel stuck.

You can see conflict as your friend. I’ll give you the support you need to get there. Come learn alongside a group of people who are struggling with the same thing!

The first 60 minutes of each lesson will be teaching, and the last 30 minutes will be for exercises and reflection. Although you won’t be joining live, you will still receive tools to practice on your own time!

Join us for $35. As an add-on, you can also purchase 4 coaching calls to be guided through the class with one-on-one attention.

Jillian’s guidance in the Conflict Resolution course was revolutionary in my life. My perspective on where conflict comes from and its purpose in relationships completely evolved. Jillian’s words inspired a mindset shift in me that I will forever be grateful for. I truly hope that the sentiment of this course can spread to as many people as possible- the world would be a changed place if it did!

Jillian Richardson helps lonely people find a sense of belonging within themselves and their relationships.

She's the author of Un-Lonely Planet, a guide to creating a strong sense of community outside of organized religion. She’s also the creator of The Joy List, a weekly newsletter of events and tools that help people create more connection in their life.

When she’s not facilitating workshops or coaching one-on-one, you can find Jillian studying as a community minister at Judson Memorial Church and talking to every dog she meets.

This course gave me a sense of community at a challenging time. The sessions were structured in a way that gave lots of time for individual reflection and group sharing in a way that felt safe. I learned a lot and know that my notes and the resource document will be so helpful to revisit in future.

This week’s session made a huge impact on me. It helped give me permission to try out new techniques, see the ways in which I’m not being true to myself, and give hope for better ways of more bravely approaching and openly resolving conflicts in the future.

Jillian, you make me smile. Today’s session alone was definitely worth the class price- thanks so much for all the prep and thought you put into this!

Ready to address some conflict?

This class gave me permission to try out new communication techniques, the reassurance that there are other people out there who are working on improving in the way they communicate, and the reminder that in relationships “strange is just something we’re not used to.
