It can be hard to address a conflict head-on, especially if you’re scared of ruining a relationship. Yet unvoiced feelings can create exactly what you’re trying to avoid: disconnection.
In this course, you’ll learn how to reframe conflict as an opportunity for intimacy, discern what you truly want, and communicate your desires with clarity.
You’ll come away with a newfound appreciation for conflict, plus scripts and tools you can rely on when you feel stuck.
You can see conflict as your friend. I’ll give you the support you need to get there. Come learn alongside a group of people who are struggling with the same thing!
The first 60 minutes of each lesson will be teaching, and the last 30 minutes will be for exercises and reflection. Although you won’t be joining live, you will still receive tools to practice on your own time!
Join us for $35. As an add-on, you can also purchase 4 coaching calls to be guided through the class with one-on-one attention.
