Healing Spaces To Offer Your Employees

A lot of companies offer their employees are a yearly personal development budget. Yet the problem is, a lot of people have no idea where to spend it. This is a curated list of group healing spaces that I trust to help your team become more connected to themselves and to others.

Women’s Groups

  • Woman Within: We’re women offering programs to help other women know, empower and embrace all parts of themselves. Some join us through a Woman Within Circle; others through a Woman Within Weekend. Our global Woman Within International nonprofit communities encourage women to support each other in fully living the lives they want. Most importantly, we are a community of Women dedicated to learning how to be the best we can be.

  • At The Well: Bringing women together at the intersection of wellness and Jewish spirituality

  • Girlfriend Circles: Introducing women and inspiring friendship

Men’s Groups

  • Mankind Project: A personal development organization that offers life-changing experiential training and support groups for all kinds of men.

  • Evryman: Connects men more deeply to their loved ones, their life’s work, and themselves.

  • All Kings (NYC): Every year over 100,000 young men are released from incarceration in the US, often returning to their communities traumatized and alone. Once home, they are treated often like criminals, stigmatized by family members, parole officers, by police. ALL KINGS heals these wounds of domination, isolation, and injustice by cultivating an authentic community of men.

  • A Band of Brothers (UK): Works with young men involved in the criminal justice system, providing them with the support they need to make the transition to an adulthood free of crime, and full of connection, purpose and meaning. We do this through our Quest Programme which brings young men and adult role models together in an intensive contemporary rites-of-passage experience and an accredited mentoring programme.
